Bootcamp sessions are billed monthly at the following rates:

Unlimited virtual classes and in-person classes: $60/month

Unlimited virtual classes only: $40/month

What should I expect from group fitness classes with Keena?

Bootcamps focus on building strength and improving overall fitness in a fun, judgement-free group setting. Bootcamp is differentiated for all levels of fitness and is adaptable for any physical limitations.

We meet once weekly at various locations in the twin cities.

Sessions are 1 hour long and occur rain or shine. Bring your water, shoes, and a positive attitude and see what Keena's Reboot can do for you!

Each session incorporates different types of conditioning to further challenge your body to adapt and grow in all areas of fitness.

During your boot camp experience, you will explore many types of physical activities. These may include:

  • Team challenges

  • Circuit training

  • Games

  • Fitness testing

  • Timed walks/runs

  • Boxing/MMA

  • Individual challenges

Together, we achieve results both as a group and individually.

Boot camps will train you using a wide variety of tools and equipment. These can include:

  • Kettlebells

  • Sandbags

  • Battle ropes

  • Body weight

  • Free weights

  • Resistance tubing/bands

  • TRX trainers

  • And much more!

We hold high standards for form and technique and will educate you on how to safely and effectively perform each activity. Participation in Keena's Reboot fitness camps includes group sessions as well as encouragement for a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition and physical activity.
