Functional Power Training
This is a total body weight training class with a focus on pain free performance and muscle building. You will use dumbbells, a pull up bar, barbells, mini bands, tubing, kettlebells and dead balls - all forms of strength training equipment. No need to worry if you don’t have equipment - Keena has bodyweight options for you!
Booty Builder - Heavy Lift
This is a total body weight training class with a focus on building glutes, core and a strong upper body. You will use dumbbells, a pull up bar, barbells, mini bands, tubing, kettlebells and dead balls - all forms of strength training equipment. No need to worry if you don’t have equipment - Keena has bodyweight options for you!
HIIT Intervals
Get ready to burn calories in this fast moving intensity interval class. You’ll have timed intervals of mostly bodyweight exercises. This class is mainly low impact and great for all fitness levels. In just 30 minutes, you’ll feel your heart rate soar and your muscles burn!
Functional Kettlebell Training
This class is a fun, low-impact option that will build your cardiovascular system and core. Kettlebells allow for compound, functional exercises which work multiple joints and muscle groups together- including small stabilizers. You will see improvements in mobility and coordination with continued practice with minimal impact on your joints.

Tabata
Keena takes you outside in the fresh air for this intensity class. She incorporates all of her fitness toys with metabolic training, cardio HIIT, core work and agility training. This class changes weekly to keep your body guessing and is appropriate for all fitness levels. The best part is, no matter how fit you are, you WILL find a challenge!
Bootcamp
Bootcamps focus on building strength and improving overall fitness in a fun, judgement-free group setting. Bootcamp is differentiated for all levels of fitness and is adaptable for any physical limitations.
We meet once weekly.
Sessions are 1 hour long and occur rain or shine. Bring your water, shoes, and a positive attitude and see what Keena's Reboot can do for you!
Each session incorporates different types of conditioning to further challenge your body to adapt and grow in all areas of fitness.
During your boot camp experience, you will explore many types of physical activities. These may include:

Together, we achieve results both as a group and individually.

We hold high standards for form and technique and will educate you on how to safely and effectively perform each activity. Participation in Keena's Reboot fitness camps includes group sessions as well as encouragement for a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition and physical activity.
